What it is
A retirement model that treats the withdrawal years as the hard part, because they are. Most calculators tell you whether you'll have enough; this one is about the order you take money out and what that costs you in tax.
It models accounts separately rather than as one blended pile, which is where the interesting decisions actually live.
Where I want it to go
Give people the picture a fee-only advisor would draw for them, without the fee — and without pretending the future is knowable to the dollar.
